German Patent 802306

Issued to Hohner in 1951, naming Walter Hohner as the inventor, this appears to be either a tremolo or octave chromatic. Instead of the two reedplates of a typical chromatic, this one has four reedplates, being essentially two harmonicas joined with a single mouthpiece.
