US Patent 1722852

Granted in 1929 to Frank Miller of Elmhurst, New York, this is yet another version of the harmonica/pointer/chart combination "whereby the instrument may be played either by amateurs or a professional in an easy and accurate manner", according to the inventor.

I have to say that I can't really imagine any self-respecting professional taking the stage with such a contraption in front of them.
